New.York.City

Berjaya jugak ak melepasi US Customs and Border Control tanpa sebarang kejadian yang tidak diingini..

Nasib baik aku dapat tidur time flight, so takdela aku rasa sangat jetlag.

Beberapa hari yang lepas, kami pergi ke Time Square , New York. Layanlah dulu pic nih

Time berjalan2, ternampak pulak naked cowboy nih...hahaha.. Lelaki nih...hehe

Saper kata kat US takder nasi beriyani.... Sedap kowt.. macam kat Malaysia

Serius berbaloi!!

Nengok, mat saleh pown join jugak makan nasi..haha

Trump Tower, kat maner ntah...Open to public kowt.....tak nampak pulak Donald Trump tuh..haha

Louis Vuitton....Ada sesaper yang nak tempah??hahahaha

Singgah sembahyang di sebuah masjid di manhattan...Diorang siap ajak berbuka lagi, tetapi memandangkan kitorang sumer da bawak makanan, tak jadi lah nak berbuka dengan diorang...

Apple Store!!!

hahahahah....Walaupun aku tak berapa suka sangat dengan Apple, tapi kedai Apple Store kat NYC nie memang best!!!

Penuh dengan orang.... Sempat jugak la try iPhone 4 ngan iPad kat sini.....tunggu nak beli iPod Touch 4th Gen lak..hehehe

Time nak balik....Complex giler New York punyer subway system....ada kawan yang da pegi banyak kali pown still tak paham diorang punyer system...Banyak sangat tren, and setiap tren pergi tempat yang lain2...

Walaupun penat, agak berbaloi jugak la visit nie....hahaha.. Apa yang best, dier punyer public transport murah giler, tren dier fixed price. Nak pergi mana2 pown harga yang samer.... So, kitorang agak untung la jugak...time kitorang balek tue da agak malam da... So, terus bedal makan kat dining hall lak.. Memang makin gemuk la aku duduk sini.. Hari2 makan pizza, burger, minum air gas....*sigh*

The Lost Symbol

Unfathomable power of the Lost Word, puzzling symbolon, and dazzling architectural history of the Washington D.C. This is unmistakably one of the most stunning Robert Langdon story, apart from the police-chase in Paris and the deadly race in Italy. Though many readers think that this book is a typical Dan Brown style, but for me it’s still not too disappointing.

For those who hasn’t read Dan Brown’s The Da Vinci Code and Angels and Demons, they surely have to read this. This book’s full of information, that most of you may not know about. The main plot is about unraveling secret hidden in the Masonic Pyramid that has been protected through generations.

The story started when Robert Langdon was invited to give a speech on history in Washington D.C. Then, he unexpectedly received a phone call from a mysterious man, claiming that he had captured Robert’s mentor, Peter Solomon. In order to save his mentor, and also his friend, Robert have to solve the mysteries that hides within The Pyramid.

Similar to Angels and Demons, The Lost Symbol also unveils another mind-blowing science research, the Noetic Science. Noetic Science is a study associated with requiring the use of mind to do impossible task, or simply mind over matter. It may sounds ridiculous and utterly impossible, but the breakthrough will be astonishing and it’ll change the way we see the world.

In all, the book clarify that religion is, in fact connected to the science. Almost everything that we had achieved today is actually linked to the ancient discoveries. The astonishing fact in this book may open our mind to look into our own history. We won’t be what we are today of it weren’t for the past.

Appreciate what we have today, be grateful and live our life to the fullest. Always be curious, it’ll guide us to the infinite knowledge, waiting to be discovered. I would like to quote from the famous Encyclopedia of Secret Teaching of All Ages, from an ancient philosopher:

"He who has not even a knowledge of common things is a brute among men. He who has an accurate knowledge of human concerns alone is a man among brutes. But he who knows all that can be known by intellectual energy, is a God among men."

Last post for July – The Host

     Body my house
     my horse my hound
     what will I do
     when you are fallen
     where will I sleep
     How will I ride
     What will I hunt

    Where can I go
     without my mount
     all eager and quick
     how will I know
     in thickest ahead
     is danger or treasure
     When Body my good
     bright dog is dead
     How will it be
     to lie in the sky
     without roof or door
     and wind for an eye
     with cloud for a shift
     how will I hide?
                                                                        May Swenson
Buku nie aku beli dengan harapan nak baca time cuti panjang tahun lepas, tapi tak habis-habis lagi baca. Baru semalam habis baca... da 8 bulan da... Bukan sebab aper, just busy, maklumlah da start sem yang busy.

"It's not the face, but the expressions on it. It's not the voice, but what you say. It's not how you look in that body, but the things you do with it. You are beautiful"
"I, the soul named Wanderer, love you, human Ian and that will never change no matter what I might become. If I were a Dolphin or a Bear or a Flower, it wouldn't matter. I would always love you, always remember you. You will be my only partner."

Trust me, it’s worth reading this book, especially for those who seek for a romantic novel. Don’t hesitate to buy!! hahaha You might as well enjoy this video clip, a song by Biffy Clyro, Mountains. It’s a good song!!
oh. BTW, the above poem is Question by May Swenson.

“…I took a ride, I took a ride, I wouldn't go there without you.

Lets take a ride, we'll take a ride. I wouldn't leave here without you…

…Nothing lasts forever, except you and me…
…Love will last forever, between you and me…”

Knight and Day

knight_and_day_poster1

The story’s pretty awesome, the storyline’s good, and what’s next.. haha… The movie was pretty much straight at the beginning. They,Tom Cruise (Roy Miller) and  Cameron Diaz (June) met at an airport in Wichita. Both of them were going to the same place, and they were on the same plane. The fun part started when Miller kill everyone in the plane, including the pilot, and June thought that was a joke, or a pickup line. But, when she knows the truth, everything became upside down. Somehow, Miller stays cool throughout the crisis, and he finally managed to save her, and drug her all the way to her home.

He left sticky notes all over her house to remind her on all things that she should do afterward. However, she’s accidentally caught by a bunch of federal agents that claim Miller as a rouge agent. Again, Miller had to save her, and it was awesome. All the car chase and the gunfight never bores me, though it seems typical on Hollywood movie. Maybe it’s because of Miller. His ‘coolness’ really caught my attention.

I guess I’ll tell you until the part where Miller’s conversation with one of the buyer was overheard by June. After that, she started to feel that Miller was the bad guy. Well, you can watch the rest of the movie. I guaranty that you’ll be satisfied by this movie. Go watch it at cinema, or buy a DVD or even download a copy of it from the internet.

Overall, the movie was not so ‘WOW’, but it’s still ‘ROCKS’. One thing for sure, sound system in MBO Cinema Kluang Parade was a total sucks. I wish I’d brought my headphones together. What were they thinking?! We were not deaf! I’m not an audiophile, but I certainly confidence that I can set the sound better better than anyone that control it there. Shit, I’ll surely ban that cinema!

p/s: I watched this movie just a few days after I watched The A-Team (rated 7.5/10 by IMDB) at Big Cinemas, Kluang. You DEFINITELY must watch it!!

Nebula Blitz and Shin Musha

Korang judge la sendri berdasarkan gambar kat bawah nie...

Next few weeks nyer, ak beli lagi satu gundam.... 1/100 MG Shin Musha..

This is Shin Musha, a samurai-like gundam.... Memang agak payah jugak nak pasang bender nih, tapi berbaloi jugak lar last skali

Again, macro shot....

Nebula Blitz... yang nie macam senang sikit nak gerakkan... flexible sikit dari Shin Musha, tapi x berapa lawa lar..... kalu nak judge berdasarkan complexity....

Another close-up shot of Shin Musha.....

Sori kerana background yang kurang menarik.... Gambar2 nie hanya berlatar-belakangkan bilik yang sangat buruk...hahahah.....

p/s: Biler lar nak merasa pakai DSLR nih....*huhu*
