msconfig.exe

msconfig stands for Microsoft System Configuration Utility and what it do is to troubleshoot the Microsoft Windows startup process. In other word, you can configure anything that happens when Windows boot, and this includes disable or enable programs or processes, devices drivers and so on. This tool may be useful if you want your machine to boot faster without using the expensive SSD on the market.

Dell Streak - Smartphone and Tablet

Beberapa bulan yang lepas (sebelum spring break) aku telah berjaya membuat line telephone under family package, and sebab dah ada line, kene la amik kesempatan untuk membeli smartphone pada harga yang murah. Selepas browse beberapa model smartphone, tetiba ada rakan yang recommend beli Dell Streak 5. Dell Streak ni boleh juga dikatakan sebagai hibrid (smartphone and a tablet) disebabkan oleh size screen yang agak besar bagi sebuah smartphone - 5 in.

Lawak buat Masyarakat NERD/NARPS

Logitech G9x

This may be a bit of personal review on my newest gaming mouse, the Logitech G9x. Don't take note on everything that I wrote here because the unit itself may differ from what Logitech claimed it should be. First of all, I bought this mouse on Amazon for roughly 50 bucks. It should be a great deal because the list price of this mouse was at 80 bucks, again from Amazon, but recently my friend just told me that he grabbed this mouse at 25USD...

Let me start with the brief specification of the mouse. It was a gaming grade mouse, with a gaming grade laser, a customizable DPI setting from as low as 400 up to 5700. I was a bit shock because I was told that this mouse should have the highest DPI of 5000, but when I went to Logitech SetPoint, I was able to set DPI levels up to 5700. It has a replaceable outer casing, weight-tuning system, breaded cable, etc. It is not a wireless mouse, and the cable is quite lengthy, but you didn't have to worry about tangling wires because of the breaded cable.

The mouse itself fits perfectly in my palm, and Logitech did a very nice job in introducing the replaceable palm rest. I admit that this mouse was not on par with Cyborg RAT series for customization feature, but you have to sacrifice some feature for higher performance. I did found some reviews on Cyborg RAT series that claimed the mouse to have a poor build quality. However, I didn't think that the build quality of RAT 5 was that poor since I got a chance to actually 'feel' it. Oh yeah, I did also found several angry customers that claim their RAT mouse does not track well on most surfaces, including high-end mouse mat, but I didn't have any chance to test that, since I didn't bring my precious Gigabyte here.

Logitech G9x performs just as I expected. On the fly DPI setting works without any problem. However, I did found some problem when I want to set the profile to change automatically. Logitech SetPoint does not recognize some application, given that most of my games were cracked. But, it does not really matter since we can change the profile on the mouse itself. Just push the button under the mouse to change between profile, and you can also set the color of the LED to your liking.

Another problem that I ran into is due to my hardware problem. My HP MobileWorkstation cannot handle 1000Hz polling rate during game; the highest polling rate that I can achieve in game was just around 500Hz. I don't really see the importance of higher polling rate, but it all came down to preference. Another feature that I don't use much is the continuous scrolling system. I don't recall using it when I want to to read my ebook though it may be advantageous for someone who deals with insanely long document. Well, you still have the Ctrl+F on your disposal, so why bother looking for a single word by scrolling through the document when you can simply search it?

Overall, I am very satisfied with this mouse. Honestly, I am more towards Microsoft because of their 3-year warranty program. Nevertheless, Logitech changed my mind. I didn't own enough Logitech's products to be called a fanboy, but their Rumblepad II and G9x did a very good job for me. I am more than grateful to have this piece of hardware on my hand. I guess the saying 'you get what you pay for' seems irrelevant here. I paid 50 bucks, and get the quality and performance of 70 bucks mouse! Thank you Logitech!!!

Post ini adalah untuk update tentang 6 perkara yang paling best aku buat sepanjang 2-3 minggu nie. It's gonna be a very long post..... so kalu nak baca, baca lah.....tapi banyak jugak gambar, especially for Fright Night!!

1) Concert Muse di Prudential Center, Newark, NJ

Muse sangat awesome!!! First time nengok concert besar yang live, so sangat excited... Nasib baik waktu maghrib dekat US nie dah semakin dekat, so takdela nak payah2 nak solat time concert... Lepas solat maghrib kat tepi jalan sebelah dengan Newark-Penn Station, kitorang pown berjalan kaki ker Prudential Center, takdela jauh sangat...haha... Malam tue dimulakan dengan persembahan daripada Metric, band dari Canada yang dijemput untuk membuat persembahan intro.... Ada satu jer lagu diorang yang best... Dalam pukul 8.30 baru lah Muse start buat persembahan!! Diorang start dengan lagu Uprising, memang mantap giler, dan diakhiri dengan lagu Knight of Cydonia!! Memang HOLY SHIT la!! hahahaha...

bersopanlah sikit...

Malaysia dan melayu memang senonim dengan budaya sopan dan santun, tapi adakah betul kita mengamalkan budaya tersebut? Mungkin most of us fikir yang 'Yes, Malays practice good manners', tapi betul ke yang kita nie seorang yang berbudi bahasa?

Aku bukanlah seorang yang stereotype,  tapi bagi aku, Americans lebih baik dari Malays. Bukan setakat baik, tapi jauh lebih baik dari Malaysians. Tapi kenapa? Masa kita dengar perkataan Americans, kita mesti terfikir benda yang bukan-bukan, diorang nie jahat la serang negara Islam. Tapi, once aku sampai di bumi America nie, segala thought tue semua hilang. In fact, diorang nie jauh lebih baik dari apa yang aku sangka.

Pernahkan anda dibukakan pintu di Malaysia? Di sini, perbuatan membuka pintu untuk orang lain macam menjadi satu perkara yang mesti bagi diorang. Dekat Malaysia, negara yang kononya 'Berbudi Bahasa Budaya Kita', tidak ada seorang pun yang akan bukakan pintu untuk kita. Pelik kan?

Lagi satu, perbuatan memberi ucapan terima kasih sangatlah payah untuk didengar kat Malaysia. Ironinya, di sini, hampir setiap perbuatan yang kita buat akan diucapkan terima kasih, ataupun Thank You. Tahan pintu, Thank You, bagi laluan, Thank You, apa lagi? Time beli barang pun ada.

So, moral of the day, janganlah kita dengan mudah hendak mengkategorikan sesuatu kaum itu hanya dengan pandangan kita sendiri. Bukan semua orang berfikir sama dengan cara kita berfikir. Berfikir dulu baru berkata. Janganlah fikir yang anda itu baik sangat, sebab lagi ramai orang di dunia ini yang lebih baik dari anda.

Mana hilangnya budaya Melayu yang kita selalu nak terapkan? Orang selalu cakap, jangan tiru budaya barat sebab diorang tu semua teruk, sedangkan orang yang berkata itu tidak tahu siapa lagi yang lebih teruk. Ya, diorang nie memang suka buat perbuatan tak senonoh, minum arak, tapi at least diorang pandai menghargai orang lain. They're so open with everyone.

This is just a gentle reminder for everyone, including myself that people are not like what you think they are. They have their own pride, just like you are, so be respectful. Kita juga yang cakap, 'buang yang keruh, ambil yang jernih' tapi kita bukan buat pun. Fikir-fikirkanlah sendiri....

Nikon D90 n Paintball!!!!

Setelah lama menunggu, berjaya jugak aku beli kamera DSLR Nikon D90....yeah!! Dapat la jugak tangkap gambar -gambar di sini...gambar-gambar kat bawah ini adalah time kitorang pergi bermain paintball di Long Island, New York...jauh jugak la dengan Hoboken, dalam sejam, tambah pulak dengan kesesakan lalu lintas dekat NYC...memang ramai giler orang hari ahad haritue kat Time Square NY..

Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera.. Dalam kesempatan ini, aku nak mengucapkan selamat hari raya , maaf zahir batin kepada sesiapa yang mengenali diri ini, especially keluarga.. Tak lupa juga kepada abang ipar di Qatar, senasib lah kita beraya di negara orang.. hahaha

Post ini ditulis pada malam raya, jam 1.27 pagi waktu Hoboken, NJ dan jam 1.27 petang waktu Malaysia. Baru jer lepas balik bertakbir bersama-sama pelajar Malaysia di sini, so takdela raser hambar sangat raya nih.. Sempat jugak budak perempuan masak makanan. Nasi impit dengan kuah lodeh, sedap jugak rasanya. At least dapat la mengubat kerinduan terhadap makanan tampatan. Harap-harap la Consulate menawarkan makanan yang sedap-sedap.. Haritue diorang buat iftar tak sempat datang, penat sangat. So, esok kena makan banyak2..

Sebelum itu, aku nak jugak cerita pasal Steven's Ethnic Student Council punyer malam. Memang best. Bukan selalu kita boleh jumpa dengan ramai international student. Ada jugak minah-minah cute dari Filipina....hehehe.. Diorang suruh setiap student association yang mewakili negara masing-masing mempersembahkan satu games yang represent culture negara tersebut. MASA(Malaysian Student Association) telah memilih permainan lompat getah. ahahaha...

New.York.City

Alhamdullillah, sampai jugak aku di bumi Hoboken, New Jersey ini dengan selamat... Flight amatlah panjang.. dalam 20 jam lebih... Berjaya jugak ak melepasi US Customs and Border Control tanpa sebarang kejadian yang tidak diingini.. Tapi, serunding yang dibawa untuk beraya telahpun dirampas.. Shit giler... Apa la salah serunding tue. Kepada sesiapa yang nak datang USA, takyahla nak bawak makanan, kalau nak bawak pown, jangan declare. Aku nie jujur sangat, tue yang kene rampas. Kalu orang tanya bawak aper, cakap jer bawak spices ker, instant noodle ker.... Diorang tak kesah sangat, melainkan daging beef.

Sampai kat Hoboken, masanya adalah pagi.. Tips, kepada sesiapa yang ingin menaiki kapal terbang untuk ke mana2 sahaja, sentiasa ambil tahu waktu tempatan di destinasi, supaya anda tidak akan mengalami jet lag.. Plan tidur korang, especially yang ingin pergi ke tempat yang waktunya jauh beza dengan Malaysia. Nasib baik aku dapat tidur time flight, so takdela aku rasa sangat jetlag.

Beberapa hari yang lepas, kami pergi ke Time Square , New York. New Yok City amatlah dekat dengan Hoboken, dalam 10-15 minit perjalanan menaiki tren. Kami nek dari Hoboken dan turun di 33rd Street... Layanlah dulu pic nih

Nie ada sorang mamat yang buat break dance kat tengah2 bandar... Best jugak la..

M&M!!! Memang best.. 3 tingkat tempat membeli belah yang dikhususkan untuk M&M.... Yang warna-warni tue adalah cokelat.... ameklah sebanyak maner, tapi jangan lupa lak nak bayar..hahahaha

Time berjalan2, ternampak pulak naked cowboy nih...hahaha.. Lelaki nih...hehe

Nie la kedai menjual nasi yang dimaksudkan... Terletak di 53rd & 6....Sesiapa yang berpeluang pergi ke NYC jangan lupa lak nak pergi tempat nih!! Serius berbaloi!!

Apple Store!!!

hahahahah....Walaupun aku tak berapa suka sangat dengan Apple, tapi kedai Apple Store kat NYC nie memang best!!!

Penuh dengan orang.... Sempat jugak la try iPhone 4 ngan iPad kat sini.....tunggu nak beli iPod Touch 4th Gen lak..hehehe

Berbuka di sebelah Apple Store tue... ada tempat duduk kat situ, so kitorang berenti kejap untuk makan berbuka... Nie la nasi yang dibeli di kedai yang dimaksudkan sebelum nie.... Ada daging, ayam, sayur ngan pita..... sekali ngan mayonis ngan ketchup..

Time nak balik....Complex giler New York punyer subway system....ada kawan yang da pegi banyak kali pown still tak paham diorang punyer system...Banyak sangat tren, and setiap tren pergi tempat yang lain2... Lepas nek tren, kitorang nek bas pulak untuk balik ke Hoboken....

Walaupun penat, agak berbaloi jugak la visit nie....hahaha.. Apa yang best, dier punyer public transport murah giler, tren dier fixed price. Nak pergi mana2 pown harga yang samer.... So, kitorang agak untung la jugak...time kitorang balek tue da agak malam da... So, terus bedal makan kat dining hall lak.. Memang makin gemuk la aku duduk sini.. Hari2 makan pizza, burger, minum air gas....*sigh*

Noetic Science is a study associated with requiring the use of mind to do impossible task, or simply mind over matter. It may sounds ridiculous and utterly impossible, but the breakthrough will be astonishing and it’ll change the way we see the world.

In all, the book clarify that religion is, in fact connected to the science. Almost everything that we had achieved today is actually linked to the ancient discoveries. The astonishing fact in this book may open our mind to look into our own history. We won’t be what we are today of it weren’t for the past.

Buku nie aku beli dengan harapan nak baca time cuti panjang tahun lepas, tapi tak habis-habis lagi baca. Baru semalam habis baca... da 8 bulan da... Bukan sebab aper, just busy, maklumlah da start sem yang busy. Anyway, citer nie memang best, walaupun agak bosan pada pertengahan cerita.
Jangan risau, part nak dekat last2 memang best!! x taw pulak cerita nie sangat romantik.. haha.. mula2 ingat mcm cerita biasa jer, tapi serious romantic... mungkin apa yang menyebabkan cerita nie best adalah gaya penulisan Stephenie Meyer.... saper yang tak kenal dia, penulis The Twilight Saga.. Ada jugak rumor di internet yang cerita The Host ini mungkin jugak akan difilemkan. Owh... Mungkin nanti boleh jadi bosan, macam cerita Twilight Saga(sorry kepada fans).

Knight and Day

The story’s pretty awesome, the storyline’s good, and what’s next.. haha… The movie was pretty much straight at the beginning. They,Tom Cruise (Roy Miller) and  Cameron Diaz (June) met at an airport in Wichita. Both of them were going to the same place, and they were on the same plane. The fun part started when Miller kill everyone in the plane, including the pilot, and June thought that was a joke, or a pickup line. But, when she knows the truth, everything became upside down. Somehow, Miller stays cool throughout the crisis, and he finally managed to save her, and drug her all the way to her home.

He left sticky notes all over her house to remind her on all things that she should do afterward. However, she’s accidentally caught by a bunch of federal agents that claim Miller as a rouge agent. Again, Miller had to save her, and it was awesome. All the car chase and the gunfight never bores me, though it seems typical on Hollywood movie. Maybe it’s because of Miller. His ‘coolness’ really caught my attention.

I guess I’ll tell you until the part where Miller’s conversation with one of the buyer was overheard by June. After that, she started to feel that Miller was the bad guy. Well, you can watch the rest of the movie. I guaranty that you’ll be satisfied by this movie. Go watch it at cinema, or buy a DVD or even download a copy of it from the internet.

Overall, the movie was not so ‘WOW’, but it’s still ‘ROCKS’. One thing for sure, sound system in MBO Cinema Kluang Parade was a total sucks. I wish I’d brought my headphones together. What were they thinking?! We were not deaf! I’m not an audiophile, but I certainly confidence that I can set the sound better better than anyone that control it there. Shit, I’ll surely ban that cinema!

p/s: I watched this movie just a few days after I watched The A-Team (rated 7.5/10 by IMDB) at Big Cinemas, Kluang. You DEFINITELY must watch it!!

Nebula Blitz and Shin Musha

Pada beberapa minggu lepas, aku telah berjaya membeli sebuah gundam, 1/100 Nebula Blitz di Sunway Pyramid... Boleh tahan law jugak ar... Korang judge la sendri berdasarkan gambar kat bawah nie...

Next few weeks nyer, ak beli lagi satu gundam.... 1/100 MG Shin Musha.. FYI, MG itu merujuk kepada Master Grade... sebenarnya ak pown confuse maner satu yang lagi bagus antara High Grade (HG) ngan Master Grade (MG)... kepada sesaper yang tahu boleh lar tinggalkan komen kat bawah nie... tapi kalu tak silap, Perfect Grade (PG) adalah antara yang paling tinggi skali.... Mungkin ader yang lebih tinggi lagi kowt...

air halia dan roti butterscocth

Baru tadi pegi Giant, ingat nak beli makanan untuk supper tapi still xtaw nak beli apa.. So, pegi lar jejalan kat Giant Shah Alam Seksyen 18 tuh.... Mula-mula ingat nak beli air kotak chocolate, tapi nengok mahal lak...hahaha.... biaser dulu orang yang belikan, tapi sekarang tak boleh lar..... melainkan ader orang yang sudi belikan...hahaha.... pusing punyer pusing, jumpa pulak air botol.... Mula-mula ingat nak beli air strawberry, tapi ternampak lar pulak air halia berkarbonat... hahaha....siyes, first time aku jumpa air halia berkarbonat..... Ginger Beer... try ar.... 

Dulu time kecik2 nengok pakcik minum air halia macam best... tapi biler nak raser air halia berkarbonat nie raser mcm pelik jer.... hahaha... macam terlampau berangin.... terfikir jugak, air halia berkarbonat nie ader khasiat yang samer tak dengan air halia yang sebenar...sebab air halia yang sebenar memang berkhasiat... so, xderla aku rugi sangat beli air halia nie..hahaha... memandangkan raser dier yang tak sedap....

Berdasarkan search yang aku cari kat google nie banyak lar jugak khasit halia/ginger nih.... Antaranya ialah menghadamkan makanan, membuang angin kat dalam usus kecik dan besar, dan menyembuhkan beberapa penyakit.... Tapi, downside air halia adalah rasanya... No offense kepada peminat/peminum air halia, tapi rasa  air halia memang pelik.... rugi aku beli air halia nih.....seb bek ader roti butterscotch...hahaha

p/s: minum jer la seteguk demi seteguk..... habis jugak lama-lama sebotol....

Kem BTN di Tanjung Rhu, Sepang

Alhamdullillah, lepas jugak BTN. 5 hari, 26 hingga 30 April di kem BTN Tanjung Rhu, Sepang. Ingatkan Sepang nie kecik jer, tapi besar kowt.. Tanjung Rhu nie entah dah sampai mana dah.. Tapi apa yang best kem nie berdekatan dengan laut, so time malam-malam memang sejuk giler. Best jugak lepak lepas minum malam kat luar dorm, walaupun suasana yang panas terik di siang hari.

Kami (100 pelajar INTEC) sampai di kem dalam lebih kurang 1.30 tengah hari 26 April. Mula-mula agak buntu jugak apa nak dibuat, sebab dalam schedule ditulis pendaftaran bermula jam 2.30. So, kami terpaksa tunggu (sambil solat) untuk sesi pendaftaran. And satu lagi perkara, dalam schedule takder la pulak ditulis pasal makan tengah hari pada hari pertama. Disebabkan kami sampai awal, kami terpaksa la menahan lapar dan tunggu untuk makan pada next session (minum petang).

First day malam sampai second day petang dipenuhi dengan ceramah. Ceramah yang sangat best, especially yang first sekali, tentang tanah air. Ceramah yang kelakar and at the same time dapat jugak refresh balik subjek sejarah time form 4 and form 5. Next day (second day), kitorang berpeluang untuk melakukan aktiviti abseiling.

Aku berasa agak nervous, sebab nie first time aku buat abseiling. Mula-mula tue best jugak nengok orang turun. Haha.. Ada yang turun macam bendera (slow giler), ada yang sampai terpusing-pusing, ada yang turun langgar-langgar dinding, dan macam-macam lagi lah.. Tapi biler dah sampai kat atas, rasa takut lah pulak. Tinggi kalu tak silap 45 kaki, mungkin dalam 4/5 tingkat kowt. Dari bawah takderla nampak tinggi sangat, tap dari atas tinggi giler. Serious cuak, tapi dapat jugak experience yang amat berharga… haha

Selain daripada ceramah dan LDK, kami juga diberikan ujian fizikal, dan aktiviti kembara. Ujian fizikal yang terdiri daripada larian 2km dan ujian fisiologi. Bagi larian 2km, tahap lulus (kowt) bagi lelaki adalah 18 minit, dan perempuan 24 minit, Ujian fisiologi pula macam tekan tubi, dan yang lebih kurang macam tue jugak ar. Last skali kembara. Kami diberi peluang untuk ‘mengembara’ sekitar kem, masuk hutan dan ladang kelapa sawit.

Overall, kem nie best giler. Makanan sedap, 6 kali makan sehari. Just mungkin mengantuk sikit sebab kene bangun awal setiap hari untuk kuliah subuh… Nie lah beberapa gambar yang sempat disnap pada hari terakhir.

Sekejap jer da nak habis dah spring semester... tinggal lagi tiga hari jer... tiga hari exam pulak tuh... shit*...haha...
pastu ader cuti selama beberapa hari (selasa sampai ahad) dan BTN seminggu...wth??
Takpela... lagipun lepas nih da sampai summer sem.. memang lepak ar... tak sabar pulak nak tunggu summer sem sampai... boleh lepak habis-habisan... harap-harapla tak dapat subjek yang susah time summer nnt... takkan nak amek subjek yg susah lagi... dah penat da time spring.. nak lepak pulak time summer.. hahaha..

Bulan March yg sangat hectic…*sigh*

Masuk pun bulan April yang amat ditunggu-tunggu nih. Bulan March nie mcm hell… Banyak giler kerja, belum campur activity, especially sepanjang American Indulgence Fiesta… Owh… Mungkin nie lar nasib bagi america-bound students… Since I don’t have the ‘time’ to write any entry in Mach, so entry ini adalah sebagai summary untuk sepanjang bulan March…

1. Presentation - Banyak giler presentation, tapi aper yang aku paling suka adalah website designing untuk kelas technical writing. Honestly, itulah kali pertama aku dapat paticipate untuk menbina satu website(walaupun hanya pakai tempalte, tapi editing process tue agak complex)… Dan perasaan yang amat gembira apabila dapat nengok website tue dapat dibuka dengan jayanya…

2. American Indulgence Fiesta – Best giler…. Halloween night, yang supposedly pd 31 October, tp kat INTEC kitorang sambut awal sikit..haha=)… Then, class parade… Theme Disney character, and class kitorang dpt citer Princess and the Frog… Ader pulak aku kene jadi Evil Voodoo… Lantakla… Next ader America’s Got Talent pulak….. MANTAP SEYH!!!… 2 band yang perform mlm tue memang mantap!! Thumbs up for ‘The Appel’ n ‘Undecided’!!…wlaupon korang x menang, tapi korang still the best!!hua2x… Last Hollywood Night (theme:Back to the 70’s kot??!!) lagi best…. Tarian yang amat menarik daripada Bad a.k.a Ricky Martin…hahaha…

tue jer kowt yang best….haha..tapi x dinafikan…bulan March memang sgt hectic… Tapi ak sgt gumbira… Surat cinta sudah berbalas dr Hoboken dan Ames….Maner satu la nih…(-_____-!)

Google blogspot new refreshed look!!!!

Aku baru sahaja discover bender nih, mintak maaf kalau aku nie slow, tapi nie feature terbaru yang Google berikan kepada semua blogger-blogger mereka. Based on an article published on computerworld.com, aku dapat tau pasal new feature yang google mahu perkenalkan kepada semua blogger.

Tapi, first skali anda hendaklah log in account blogger anda di draft.blogger.com, bukan di blogger.com. feature baru ini hanya diperkenalkan di dalam draft.blogger.com.. So, log in masuk account anda, dan anda akan dapati logo blogger yang berwarna biru, bukan orange seperti biasa.

Apa yang baru di draft.blogger.com? Apa yang saya perasan, the most appealing feature is that each blogger can edit template based on their taste. Feature baru ini amatlah berguna, kerana pengguna bloggers boleh meng-edit blog mereka, seperti tambah imej background, dan sebagainya...

how to delete autorun.inf from your flash drive

In this short tutorial, I’ll tell you how to delete autorun.inf from your flash drive. It’s very simple if you follow the step-by-step guide and all the command required.

First step, open command prompt. If you don’t know how to open command prompt, open Run in Start Menu, and type cmd. It’ll automatically run command prompt for you.

Make sure that the infected flash drive is connected to your computer, and memorize the letter assigned to the particular drive. Next, type the letter assigned to the drive. For example, if you pendrive is assigned for letter F, then type F: in the command prompt. Be extremely sure that you’d entered the correct letter!!

Next, check for file attribute in the desired drive. Type attrib in the command prompt. Then, the lists of all file with respective file attribute will be displayed. Search for autorun.inf in the lists.

Here are the lists of command line for attrib command:

r is for read only file

s is for system file

h is for hidden file

c is for compressed file

You can simply change the attribute of each file by altering the sign (+/-) before the letter r, s, h, c. Positive sign (+) will assign the attribute to the file, and negative sign (-) will remove the attribute from the file.

For instance, if you see that the attribute for autorun.inf as RSH, then, autorun.inf is a read-only, system and hidden file. All these three attributes will not allow any changes to be made to that file. Hence, you’ll have to change all the three attributes by typing this:

F:\>attrib –r –s –h autorun.inf

So now you have remove the file attribute, and you can delete the file by using the del command.

F:\>del autorun.inf

You have successfully removed the infected autorun.inf file. Don’t worry, new autorun.inf will be automatically created when you plug your flash drive into computer.

Please note that this method can also detect any other unwanted program that may have been secretly installed on your flash drive. Use the same method to change the file attribute, and then delete the file. If the unwanted program still running in your pc, kill the process, repeat the steps, and quickly remove your flash drive. Scan your computer afterwards.

Echelon Conspiracy vs. Eagle Eye

Haritu, sebelum pulang ke kampung pada cuti CNY, sempat tengok satu citer nih, dekat rumah kakak. Tajuknya Echelon Conspiracy.. Mula-mula nak tengok 24:Redemption, tapi tak jumpa DVD-nya.. So, layan jer la cerita nih. Nampak pon macam best jer.. haha

Nie la brief sinopsis tentang citer nih:

Cerita Echelon Conspiracy nie mainly tentang supercomputer yang telah dibina oleh kerajaan USA, untuk kegunaan intelligence, tapi supercomputer nie dah ‘beyond control’. Tujuan utama supercomputer nie hanyalah pada mulanya untuk memantau surveillance, record every digital trail of American citizens. Tp, supercomputer nie, codename Echelon dah jauh melampaui batas. Echelon sudah mula try untuk bertindak dengan sendirinya..

Echelon start menghantar msg kepada certain people, untuk membolehkannya melarikan diri dari kawalan US Government. Tengok lah cerita nie untuk taw ending-nya… Berbaloi jugak… Cerita nie pun agak best (Syafiq-recommended) XD

Apa yang agak unique adalah cerita nie hampir serupa dengan cerita Eagle Eye. Both movies involve a supercomputer, satu Echelon dan satu lagi apa ntah… Dua-dua pun sangat power sampai boleh buat decision sendiri… Both movies pasal advance computer technologies dan conflict antara man-and-machine..

Apa yang bezanya? Plot la..=).. Eagle Eye adalah tentang satu operasi apa ntah (dah lupa da) dan Echelon Conspiracy adalah tentang usaha Echelon nie untuk ---(tengok lah sendiri)

Apa yang menjadi persoalan disini adalah mungkinkah perkara sebegini akan terjadi. Well, judging from human capabilities to produce technologies like supercomputer (not at the same level as both in the movie), I personally think that in 10 years time, this technology would probably be produce and use. Lagipun, nowadays, researchers and engineers had developed a quantum computer, which is claimed to be the most powerful computer in the world. So, it is the matter of time before the actual ‘Echelon’ become a reality.
